I read “Hit Refresh” by Satya Nadella since I was interested in how MS has been changed after he was in the CEO. I was able to find positive articles about him.
The book started how he changed.
What they learned after acquiring Nokia. How their board meeting changed to collaborate each leaders to make their decisions and share their plans.
The book walked thought his, Microsoft’s, road how they has been changed. Exactly I like recent their mind. They thought worth to collaborate with other teams than occupy market. Addressed about Cortana how it helped and will help people, wow.
I thought the books was only past thing, but it was exactly recent and the future thing.
Leadership means making choices and then rallying the team around those choices.

But I don’t believe this means that privacy has died. It simply means that people are adopting new definitions and new norms for privacy.
